When you walk into the office, Ameena, Deleta, or one of the reception staff/medical assistants already knows your name. They provide a seamless process scheduling appointments, reassuring insurance, and minimum wait time. I see Alex as my provider and she is always attentive to my needs, listens, and provides excellent care. All of the nurses/techs improve the supportive environment and are well-experienced. I don’t usually leave reviews. But I know before I find a Dr., I search reviews - so I wanted to share the positive experience I have had at Soho so you are aware of this noteworthy office to receive primary care.

We help our patients who are about to travel internationally with counseling on the vaccinations they’ll need and the potential risks they might face when they get there. We provide all of our vaccinations on-site and personalize our travel services to your destination.

Leading through Education

Soho Health NY serves as a teaching facility that provides innovative and excellent patient care while training the next generation of physicians, nurse practitioners and medical assistants. Our practice offers pre and post-graduate training designed to help produce competent providers prepared to practice in a variety of settings. We take on many rotating medical students traveling from around the world who choose to rotate to our location. Our Nurse practitioner students come from NYU, Columbia, Pace and several other schools.

Our commitment to education doesn’t stop at educating future medical professionals. We believe healthy living starts when patients learn how to lead and maintain wellness-conscious lives. Our practice celebrates and promotes patient education so everyone who receives our care can continue to live full and enjoyable lives.

Dr. Fagelman comes from a family of physicians. Carrying on the tradition of exceptional medical care means the world to him. His particular approach means spending more time with each patient, following up on their health, and giving them the tools to maintain their health.
